Right now, I lean towards, yes. That idiot Chavez doesn't need another dime of American money.
BUT... I say this with the understanding that most Citgo stations are probably owned by private franchisees, small businessmen and women. Won't they be hardest hit? On the other hand, I don't know how the rest of the country is, but in Colorado, the only places to buy Citgo gas are 7-Eleven stores. I bet if enough pressure were put on 7-Eleven, they could arrange for a different fuel franchise partner.
